This video demonstrates how to add contacts in bulk or individually using the contacts tab, as well as how to add lists through the lists tab. You will be able to search, filter by name, email, tags, and date, and view contacts in list or grid mode, as well as create contacts and import contacts, among other things. But before that, I will explain to you about VoxDesk.

First, VoxDesk is a virtual contact center software that enables call center teams to connect and work more efficiently than they otherwise would. Call scripts, automated calls, and real-time notifications are all part of this cloud-based call center software's goal. Call center agents will find it much easier to communicate and do their duties when the software is incorporated into their workflows. Aside from tracking agent output, it can generate reports and analytics on performance as well as responses from customers, and it can also integrate with third-party software.

In this video, you will learn how to create lists and add contacts to VoxDesk call center software. Firstly You want to enter into the Infinity Suite, Once you are here, You will see different departments namely: collaboration, productivity, marketing, sales, HR, support & developers. Now, click on the sales button. Now you will see a dropdown. Now click on VoxDesk to open our call center software. Once you are here, click on the lists button, and a new page will be opened. From here, click on the plus button and a side-view will appear. From here, you can name your list based on your preferences. After this, click on save and your list is created. Now to add contacts, click on the contacts button and a new page will be opened. From here you can click on add contact to add a single contact. You can also upload bulk contacts by clicking on the green button at the bottom right of the screen. From here, you can add contacts in CSV format.
